Privacy Policy

Amauti respects your privacy and your safety. This policy explains what information the amauti.ca website collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. What you share with our team by phone, by email or during a stay is protected by Amauti’s confidentiality practices.

What we collect

You do not need to give us any personal information to use this website. There is no account to create and no form to fill out. We do not collect your name, address or phone number through the site.

Technical information. Like any website, our server automatically records basic technical data when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site working, and they are kept for a limited time.

Visit statistics, only if you agree. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful (for example, how many people click the phone number). These statistics do not identify you by name. If you decline, no statistics cookie is placed on your device. See our Cookie Policy.

If you contact us. When you call or write to us, we use the information you choose to share only to answer you and to help you. We never share where you are.

How we use and share information

We use the information described above to run the website, keep it secure and improve it. We never sell or rent personal information.

Some service providers help us run the site: our web host, CookieYes (which records your cookie choice) and Google (statistics, only if you accept). These providers may store data outside Québec, including in the United States. They may only use it to provide their service to Amauti.

Your safety online

If someone might check the device you are using, please read How to hide your tracks. The “Erase my tracks” button at the top of every page, and the Escape key on a computer, close the site right away and delete the cookies and stored data of this website from your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time. To change your cookie choice, use the cookie button at the bottom of the page. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
